The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Accessing Your Tax Forms
To find and download your tax forms, log in to Home Banking and follow these steps:
- Click on “Services”, then select “Statements”.
- Choose the account you want to view.
- Select “E-Statements” to access your tax statements.
Tax Forms Available
1099-INT (Interest Income Form)
This form is issued if you earned $10.00 or more in interest from your savings, checking, or certificate accounts in the previous year. Available after January 31 in Home Banking under “Statements”.
1098 (Mortgage Interest Statement)
Issued if you paid $600 or more in interest on your Cyprus mortgage(s). Available after January 31.
- First Mortgage: Available in the "Mortgage Center" on Home Banking.
- HELOC & Second Mortgage: Available in Home Banking under “Statements”.
1099-R (Retirement Account Distributions)
You will receive this form if you withdrew $10.00 or more from your IRA in the previous year. Available after January 31 in Home Banking under “Statements”.
5498 (IRA Contribution Information)
This informational form reports your IRA contributions for the previous year. While it is not required to file your taxes, it provides the contribution amount you need to report. Available before May 31 in Home Banking under “Statements”.
You can pay any tax due to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) using the Electric Federal Tax Payment System.
